Undercover IT Firm (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Covert mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name, email, and profile picture URL.
Device Information: We collect device model, OS version, and a unique device identifier for license management and device limit enforcement.
Network Traffic: The App intercepts HTTP/HTTPS network traffic on your device for debugging purposes. This traffic data is processed and stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any intercepted network traffic.
The App uses Android’s VpnService API to create a local on-device proxy. This allows the App to intercept and display network traffic for debugging purposes. The VPN connection is local only — all traffic remains on your device. We do not operate any external VPN servers, and no traffic is routed through our infrastructure.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not share intercepted network traffic with anyone. The only external service we integrate with is Google Sign-In for authentication purposes.
Account data is stored on our secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Intercepted network traffic is stored only on your device in the App’s private storage and is never transmitted externally. You can delete all captured traffic data at any time from within the App.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at admin@undercoveritfirm.com. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
The App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
